Brake pedal loadcell is used to accurately measure how much force a driver applies to the break in a vehicle which can be used for durability and drivability testing. The sensor capacity is 2200N single axis brake pedal force.
The brake pedal loadcell comes in two versions: standard version and short version. The standard versions can be fitted to a brake pedal with minimum length of 72mm. The short version can be fitted to a brake pedal with minimum length of 26mm. Both versions accommodate brake pedals of up to 57.4mm in width.
The overload capacity is 150% F.S., the output at F.S. 2.0mV/V with a maximum excitation voltage of 15VDC. The non-linearity is 1% F.S. and hysteresis is 1% F.S.
